【大连翻译】做好技术资料翻译的准备工作
技术资料翻译是专业翻译公司经常遇到的工作。要保证翻译质量，必须做好正式翻译之前的一些准备工作。一是要与客户方专业人员进行专业知识的沟通。我们的译员，即使是从事翻译工作的老翻译，也不可能对所有的行业、专业都精通，何况时代在发展，科技在进步，知识在更新。要通过与专业人员的沟通，了解掌握项目所涉及领域的方方面面，这对提高质量是十分必要的。二是编写术语表。较大的项目，往往是由几个甚至十几个译员共同完成。由于译员的知识背景、用词习惯、经验多少不同，往往在一些专业术语的使用上出现差异。这就有必要在项目动工之前，在与专业人员沟通的基础上，编写术语表，用来统一术语，保证译文的一致性。三是译校人员个人也要进行一些技术知识的准备，比如上网查阅和阅读相关的专业资料，与曾经翻译过此类资料的过来人沟通交流，积累丰富专业知识。等等。这些准备工作当然要耗费一些时间，但是磨刀不误砍柴工，有了充分的准备，项目进行中就会比较顺利，更重要的是，会将翻译质量提高一个档次。【大连翻译】0111

In September of 2007, the 1st China Summer Davos Forum Grand Meeting in Dalian let the world remembered Dalian with its surprising look; In September of 2009, China Summer Davos Forum returned to Dalian, and then a new leading city again attracted the attention of the world. Up to 2011, it has been for full five years since Davos Forum came to China. In the governmental act (2003-727) issued by French government according to EU directives, France made the corresponding stipulations for vehicle manufacturers and the disposal procedure of end-of-life vehicle, and this act is adapted to small vehicles, the small trucks and three-wheel motor vehicles. The act stipulates that the end-of-life vehicles should be sent by the owner to the authorized disassembling or crushing factory for treatment, and these treatment organizations are not allowed to collect charges from the sender of the end-of-life vehicle, the vehicle manufactures should supply the compensation to the treatment organizations for the treatment expenses resulted from their own brand vehicles, the third party commonly recognized by vehicle manufacturer and the treatment organization should issue the compensation certification for the treatment expenses of the end-of-life vehicles, and the contents of the certification together with the compensation suggestions of vehicle manufacturer should be submitted to the commission that consists of the administrative department, the manufacturers of vehicle, parts, materials and the treatment organization of the end-of-life vehicles. The act stipulates that when the vehicle owner send the end-of-life vehicle to the authorized disassembling enterprise, they should issue receipt and make remarks on the grey card of the vehicle, meanwhile they should send the duplicate to the public security station that issue the vehicle license plate to cancel the plate, and report the disassembling conditions to the relevant commission.
